These Terms govern your access to and use of Insta24 (insta24.net and related apps). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Insta24 provides Instagram management, messaging automation (comment, DM, and story replies), analytics, and collaboration tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials, connected Instagram accounts, and content sent through the platform. You may not use Insta24 to spam, harass, violate Meta policies, or break applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. Plans are billed in EUR. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Automations

Automated replies run according to rules you configure. You remain responsible for reviewing critical communications and ensuring compliance with brand, Meta, and legal requirements.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insta24 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
